The business has over 30 years of experience in the transportation Industry, and is one of the largest and most experienced independent suppliers of motor coaches in North America.

Two partners wished to sell 75% of the shares of the Company.

With a current fleet of 88 motor coaches, many of which are on long- term lease, the Company is well positioned to satisfy the renting, leasing and sale of motor coach needs of clients across North America. The company has a business plan to implement a growth strategy to take advantage of the improved economy and lower interest rates.

The Company maintains a 10,000 square foot full service mechanical repair shop to ensure that all of the vehicles, leased or rented or for sale are capable of passing all motor vehicle safety inspections.

The Summit Group found a number of interested parties and the seller settled on one purchaser which completed the transaction.
